Pros
Ability to positively change the organization, open access to Executives, Executives care and are trying to cause positive change to the organization and the Benefits provided are greatly improving. Gary Wedbush is an approachable person, you will see him in the elevator and he will try his best to get to know you.
Cons
Pay can be a bit low but I hope they are working on that but there are other things at the firm that out weigh slightly low pay. I would recommend providing better tech to new hires, this will be energizing versus at time slightly out dated monitors, keyboards, etc.
