Pros

- laptop - PTO relatively easy to be granted - nice teams of people to work with - work at home

Cons

- Management makes changes that are not in line with reality. They just changed our metrics to demand 120 average daily tasks, completely altering employee work routines and requiring unreasonably high task completion volumes - There is a culture of positivity at all costs, so few are willing to speak up - Customers are consistently unaware that they don’t qualify for the program for various reasons (not necessarily company’s fault but there are likely not enough checks and balances to prevent unqualified customers from continually flowing through) - Constant reminders to ‘personalize’ messages to clients while increasing workload - Complex tasks with poorly updated or incomplete resources
