Pros

- The smart point concept is one-of-a-kind and it actually works for our members - WW's field team are passionate, hardworking and overall amazing people - I had the chance to work with some really intelligent and driven individuals

Cons

- Generally-speaking, upper management is inexperienced; they've been grandfathered in since the days of old. They make poor decisions and play the blame game. - You might work on projects throughout the year that won't see the light of day or it might get pushed out with no real purpose or impact. - Pandering is rewarded. Royally. - Plenty of employees outside of management and engineering tend to feel unappreciated and are treated in such a way. - Pay and benefits are far below market rate - Turnover rate is high on the product team, which speaks volumes. Those who haven't left are trying to figure out how. - Working here can make one feel insecure about leaving. There's this looming presence of management making you feel like "this is all I know". - Not on par with other tech companies as far as perks go - There's this grade school culture of escalating things without communicating respectfully - There's this grade school culture of favoritism All in all, I just don't recommend WW as it stands. I understand that there may be efforts to make WW better for its employees, but that starts with culture. "Culture versus strategy" - isn't that how it goes?

Pros

I worked here in the 'hey day' of WW, actually from 2003-2014, but it didn't scroll back far enough for me to choose the accurate year/date! I enjoyed it and met a lot of friends and it was fun to work with the people; I helped a lot of people. It was pretty amazing and rewarding...seeing the same people every week, but only once a week (customers) and I only saw some of my co-workers once a wee too, which is great b/c sometimes that leaves enough time to miss them! haha!

Cons

It was a very underpaid job and we were running around town doing 'at works" and traveler locations...(churches, etc.) ...working at our old, big "WW Center" was really nice, during the height of Points, etc..but it was not a job where you'll save any money or get enough work. Undependable...District mgr could change your life at the drop of her hat.
