Pros
There is only one real pro. This is for interns. They have one younger engineer that will train and mentor interns.
An additional pro is this is a good starter job for those just out of college to get some experience underneath you. Just not long term.
Cons
So many to list....not competitive pay; not competitive health insurance; extremely high deductible on health insurance per family member; entices new hires with a game room and an updated break room; micromanagement within two different departments; if you are young, male, and white you will thrive; if you are older, female (or male), or of color they will discriminate against you even with their "Christian" values. Management chooses not to listen to employees on issues. Management rewards kudos based on those working 50+ hours. Not a lot of work-life balance and expected to be on-call 24/7. HR Director has no background in hiring and/or management. Will ask illegal questions or will ask leading questions that walk the line of illegal.
