Has to offer good salaries to attract talent. Direct responsibility and fast learning curve. Very autonomous management style. Good focus on safety. Good products. Some excellent employees.
Cons
Very focused on money and not on customers or delivering promises. Managers are grading employees with regard to see which ones they can lose. Toxic culture, not a long term career choice.
