Pros
They hire a lot of locals, you don't need to know much to get in (which is sometimes a problem). It's a good place for teens to start out or someone really needs a job fast. They are working to change their infrastructure and cause employee morale to go up (the way it used to be in the grand hay days). I think the company will recover and become stronger as long as they stick to their promise of working to do better and build morale. Some managers will even jump in where it's needed and help you.
Cons
Higher management tends to make decisions that look great on paper, but have no way of working in the physical process and don't really listen to store employees who could help. It varies from store to store, but some of the store management are not the kindest to their employees (hello, we are the reason you have your job, please don't treat us terribly), and don't want to hire help when help is needed, they let you run on a skeleton crew, but then are constantly at you for more product. You can't expect 2 people to do the job of 20.
