Pros
There are some good people working here and I've made some friends. The store is also conveniently located about 7 minutes from my house.
Cons
Like many large companies, Weis upper management is penny wise and pound foolish. They save pennies on payroll by maintaining an insufficient work force, while ignoring the dollars lost due to inferior customer service and overworked, demoralized associates.
