      Instated a new rule where college students are "let go" if they don't work once every 30 days (no more seasonal working while home on breaks)

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
