Pros
It is a great place for getting into the work force for some one looking to build resume material. For full time positions they offer competitive benefits to other employers.
Cons
Mostly or rarely get two days back to back off making it difficult to have a family life. Never get a decent weekend Sat and Sun off. Always cutting the associates hours beyond the organizations needs to save dollars then not making allowance for incomplete tasks left in that state.
