      The people can be nice, sometimes.

      Cons

      Unreasonable requirements. Poor management of healthcare options. Non-existent onboarding. Poor communication. Too many male egos who can't control their emotions.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with. Very compassionate with employees and passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      It's still in its infancy, so they're learning as they grow. This isn't necessarily a con, but just a reality for small businesses.
