Pros
Excellent learning environment. Compared to other places I've worked, WA is very forward thinking in its practices. This is not always appreciated when you're still an employee, but something I realised after I left!
Cons
None of any substance. Maybe things have changed since the Hill Rom acquisition by I left before this happened. Others may have more up to date comments to make.
