Pros

paid weekly. large range of positions and vacancy's if you need employment more than you need a job worth having.

Cons

the company only cares about profit, not the staff, customers or franchised outlets it monopolises. promotion is achieved by being a bully, butt kisser, friend of directors or too incompetent to do anything but sit in an office. e.g. assistant managers have to manage, managers do nothing but moan and go home early. 10 years and multiple positions with welcome break and very few exceptions to this. all staff are expendable, unappreciated, underpaid and overworked except for the managers who are incompetent, unqualified, and overpaid. any support for staff whether professional, personal or health related is a pretence. employee rights are not observed. i was made to work 15 days in a row including night and day shifts and told i would lose my job if i didn't. this is whilst two managers on holiday at same time and i got refused holiday because one other person on holiday. double standards.
