Manager didn't care that someone was touching staff and saying things he shouldn't. Mangers don't listen to you. "You get paid for your job, do it" Favouritism shown by race. 1 staff member will come late 5mins and be told that they should leave if they can't come on time, while another staff member comes 20mins late everyday and its fine.
