      Pros

      Coming from an external company the thing that drew me to the role was the great benefits including £10 food allowance per day, free parking on site and discounts on hotel stays. The whole Senior Management team within Welcome Break are supportive and understanding. The training and courses that you can attend are excellent and really help with development especially when coming in as an external candidate

      Cons

      I dont personally have any cons about Welcome Break as I feel there isn't anything I'd need to complain about
