Welcome Homecare has been around for 25+ years. Many of the staff have 15+ years with the company. It is locally owned and operated. The benefits are great. Working 1-on-1 with patients in their homes so they can "age in place" is a great career. If you are good at your job, there is anyways room for growth. The job does require good time management and communication skills. Those who don't have that, don't do well.

Homecare has charting like every other nursing job but it is manageable on the iPad.
