You get to work with creative people. There is no supervision, you are out and about a lot during the day...it's not just a sit behind your desk job. You meet a lot of interesting people.

You deal with a lot of disgruntled tenants. You have to post evictions and late notices on doors. It's nice to be out and about, but you have to do it in the worst weather also.

Very low pay below your worth. The h want you to travel to different apartments to do work orders on own gas Does not reimburse you AT ALL! Very cheap Company! It would be better to find a better more est. Co to work for. And no access to the rest room which is an OSHA Violation!
