Pros
Good benefits, PTO is great, the CEO is a genuine human being and really cares about the patients and employees. Some of the employees care about the patients and take pride in the work they do. Most the coworkers are really supportive. Wellspace has a lot of great programs and does a lot for the underserved community.
Cons
Pay is not that great. Some departments lack proper training for new hires. Some departments have a cut throat work environment and have favorites. They don't like when am employee stands up for themselves. They aren't open to innovation. HR is cut throat. Don't go to HR for any issues because they will make you feel like you're the problem. The organization preaches that they are all about mental health but when an employee complaints about a toxic work environment that is affecting their mental health they get gaslighted by HR. Actions don't align with the vision. The organization is growing quick and they just need to slow down and improve the programs they currently have. Quality gets lost when quantity gets pushed. High turnover.
