Management is incompetent - Mental Health Clinician WellSpace Health Employee Review

None!!! I was a clinician for the suicide prevention program. Management has no clue what they are doing. I have second hand embarrassment for all of them. I went to them with some ethical concerns and they retaliated against me instead of fixing the problems. I of course am now handling that legally. I had more education and experience than them and they still treated me less than. I can only imagine how they treat the crisis counselors..... Well actually all their other reviews explain just that! Run far away from this company, especially the 988 suicide prevention program. Read the reviews and they all say the same. It's all true!!
