Pros
Prioritise the wellbeing of their employees, a given with the industry they are in, and are really focused on growing the business rapidly which makes it an exciting place to be a part of.
Cons
Leadership team make strange decisions with little transparency for employees e.g. huge budget cuts for H2, but no change in targets, and constantly changing teams and roles mean it's incredibly chaotic
