2yEmployee wellbeing is at the core of what Gympass is all about, both for our clients and our own employees. We are glad you feel this reflected in your day-to-day experiences at Gympass. We appreciate the perspective you've shared about the sales management structure. We moved from a country manager model to a global one, to foster better alignment and collaboration across our teams. Even though we work in different markets and countries, we are striving towards the same goal and this structure helps us work as one united team. We hear what you are saying, that it feels more difficult to find community and feel engagement on a local level, within this different structure. We strive to offer engagement and rapport-building opportunities company-wide, in individual geographic markets, and in specific teams.
