Pros
Everyone in the office is great and always willing to help. This was my first internship and their intern program was organized and taught me so much. You'll always have a list of things to do and you'll try different things every week so you learn lots of different skills. A lot of the intern duties are very hands-on and you get to work on things for the actual clients, not just observe. They made sure to check in with me every few weeks to see where I was and how I was feeling and this was great. Everyone in the office is caring and funny, making the work environment comfortable and fun.
Cons
It is a very small company with a big list of clients, so sometimes there are many deadlines and everyone is rushing trying to meet them and it can get overwhelming. Interns are expected to complete tasks in a certain time frame but sometimes the intern coordinator doesn't express how long these should be taking to complete, which would be helpful specially for first-time interns.
