Pros
I have worked at the East Lansing location for six months now. Incredibly supportive work environment. Flexible. Supervisors are highly approachable. Caseworkers are considerate and respectful of aides, foster parents, birth parents, and kids.
Cons
No full-time options for case aides, but you do get a ton in mileage. No benefits for part-time employees. A lot of turnover because of pay. The nature of the job makes hours inconsistent, but supervisors work to make sure you get your 20-25 hours.
