Pros

You have your own space.

Cons

You're left to figure out how everything works because no one has time to train you. So once you get the job you have to jump in and do your best because being new is not a good excuse for the offices if you make a mistake. Expect to get yelled at by upset patients because the offices refuse to answer their calls. There is not team work between you and the offices or management. You will be the last to know of any changes made by providers but will be the first on the chopping block when you make a mistake. You will answer calls for all office except for 3 out of the 12. You will have to take care of all thsir voice mails. It is hard to get in contact with any of the MAs to triage a call and when you do they tell you to just send them a message. I personally didn't mind working there even with all of this but I know that most of the people that quit, they quit because of this and those that were fired were because of petty drama and the "us against them" culture. If you want everything to go smooth its all about who you're friends with and not how good of a worker you are.
