Ok with PTO Stealing - Patient Service Specialist Wellstone Health Partners Employee Review

You aren't able to take off if you don't have any PTO. If you have to be off for any reason and you don't have any PTO accumulated your request will be denied. and you will get a point. Anytime a holiday comes around and we aren't in clinic (uncontrollable) Wellstone takes your PTO you EARNED and uses 8 hours of it since you are not at work. We do not have a choice in this. Also, we do not get any chance at getting sick pay to cover when we have to be out sick a day. You will get a point as well.
