The support team is very disappointing. After getting accepted and submitting all my documents, I’ve been stuck for over two months with no real help. Every time I send an email, I receive an automated, generic response that doesn't address my specific issue. It feels like there is no real human interaction or interest in solving employee problems.

Cons

Bad benefits, sometimes cut throat environment from higher leads, no remote work available. Not a regular schedule; work is from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
