Working at Wenodo as a Software Engineer has been a great experience. The projects are interesting and help me learn new technologies and improve my technical skills. The work environment is very positive, supportive, and team-oriented. Everyone is helpful, and there are good opportunities for growth and learning.

Sometimes there is a heavy workload, but everyone is very supportive, which helps us manage things smoothly while continuously learning new skills and technologies.

I’ve seen some strange office dynamics, but my time at Wenodo was on another level. The leadership stayed in the office smoking and appeared to be under the influence of drugs most of the time. There was this weird 'cool' vibe where the older guys played Counter-Strike every night and basically forced everyone else to stay back until midnight just to watch or join in. It wasn't just the lack of balance; it was the surveillance. They had cameras installed specifically to monitor our screens zero privacy. But the breaking point was when a member of the top leadership actually started throwing baseball bats at people. It felt less like a workplace and more like a place that needs a serious audit by the labor court and narcotics department. Has anyone else worked in an environment that felt physically unsafe or legally questionable? How do you even report something this extreme without putting yourself at risk?
