      Small company feel with large company benefits. Friendly, cooperative employees. Significant growth since acquisition by Toyota that has been managed well. More opportunities for growth than ever before.

      This company is very focused on their employees and the customers. The President of the Company is very approachable and will help you with anything you need help with. The VP's are very involved and support their Teams. Everyone works together.

      Pros

      Solid product with nice people in most areas of the company.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry with small profit margins. Intro comp plan was fair, but after the first two years they force you into a scaled commission structure that pays you very little until you reach $200k in profit.
