Pros
Can only disagree with conflicting reviews. Have found my time here at Wes-Tech enjoyable, and am encouraged to always look outside the box. The main players here are well experienced, concerned, and always seem to go above and beyond when it comes to customers & service issues. They operate at a 98% on time delivery for jobs (awesome for this industry). The customer satisfaction rate is high, and so is the amount of repeat business. They deal with some heavy hitters in the automotive field. All levels of this long sales/production cycle are discussed by sales & ops teams twice a week, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Cons
If you are NOT a team player, or not one to pull your own weight, you will not like it here. It’s a no frills, fast paced, laid back, get it done right kind of place. Bottom line: As long as you are a productive and communicative team member, you will do well, if you are a lone ranger, go elsewhere.
