      WesTech is a place you can grow if you put effort into your job and let your boss know you want to grow.

      Cons

      The company ESOP doesn't seem to motivate people like it used to. The company needs to sell a lot in the next few years to pay out the people who are retiring.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
