good manager, great work for the community, not micromanaged

company culture, no mental health resources for clients

Pros - I was able to learn so much. I was able to work with all levels of management. It was a great place to supervise individuals. I was able to build a team where there was a lack of working as a team.

Inconsistency, protocol is not followed through. There is a lack of communication. Decisions were made without thinking it through, which would cause budget issues.
