The campaign support team are available on: 01462 704 860. As you will be aware, we support an outbound fundraising team in excess of 600 personnel per year and have very few complaints. It is therefore of the utmost importance that we are able to speak with any individual that believes their experience was not up to the standard they expected. In regards to pay we provide an hourly rate of £7.30 per hour with a commission structure that rewards those who strive to work hard and generate an income for our charity partners. It is fairly common that individual fundraisers may knock on in excess of 100 doors per day although targets are typically achieved with a quality over quantity approach. As a result our newer fundraisers earn in the region of £1500 - £1600 per month. Our fundraising activities are regulated by the Fundraising Standards Board and our own codes of conduct. As part of this regulation we must ensure that donors have made a fully informed decision to support our charity partners. If this is not the case fundraisers will be asked to leave the organisation immediately. This is to protect both donors and charity partners. All individuals representing the recruitment team have either been previous fundraisers/team leaders or have taken part in a minimum level of direct fundraising while with the company. This is to ensure that the selection process provides an honest view of the fundraising role while selecting candidates that we believe will have the most positive impact for our charity partners.
