Pay is a little low, but benefits outweigh the con for most positions.

The vast majority of people at West Metro are wonderful people and a very rewarding group to work with.

Communication within and between certain departments was muddy at times. While this could mean a headache quite frequently it wasn't anything that couldn't be remedied with a little extra effort.
