Pros

How far you go is entirely up to you. Physical health, training, responsibilities, maturity, people skills, technical skills, it's all up to the effort you put in. Mentors are always willing to share their knowledge and experience to someone who cares and shows it.

Cons

Work can get repetitive at times.

Pros

I been working for West Networks for almost 2 years now. Very fun place to work. Lots of learning opportunities and hands on. I want to thank Peter for giving me opportunity to work with him. I learned a lot since I started working for West Networks and continue to improve my skills. If you willing to work and have fun at same time and take on challenges this is the place to work. Peter is very flexible with schedules. Always gave me time off when needed. Lots of freedom as long as you get your work done. The harder you work Peter will make sure you get recognized.

Cons

Starting pay is low. No benefits due to not enough employees.

A few of our employees started at the very beginning of our company and worked for nearly nothing. We are so grateful for the loyal and hard working team we have. Every year we increase are base starting salary because of the work from these people.
