Some of the people are just amazing, it is like working with a fun family. They support each other, team success, strong leaders in the APAC region and a true commitment to the success of the company. Great opportunity to grow personally and lots of internal promotion.
Cons
Communication from the US to APAC could be improved. Recruitment process to be improved so that critical roles can be rehired more swiftly. Higher investment in training and development & benefits.
