Pros
WFH - After 2020, they retained their WFH policy Benefits - Decent healthcare
Cons
Low Pay - Base pay for a software Engineer is around $90-100k, I was given $72k to start in this role and didn't receive any pay raise for my last year despite two good reviews. Directionless - This company made it very apparent that there was no plans for its future except laying off the workforce and selling off parts of the company for the profit of leadership. The entire culture became one of meaninglessness and dread. False Promises - I was hired on as a Software Engineer, but was very quickly relegated to network IT work. It wasn't until my last year that I was given some tasks relevant to my title. However, it was with a team that was haphazardly put together, didn't work well together, communicated poorly and were extremely unhelpful. Layoffs - Many employees were laid off due to the segmentation of the company.
