Pros

I was able to get through all those times when we're the only needed to go to the office for work

Cons

I don't understand why we weren't transitioned to do remote work when everyone I know already does. It's not like we won't be able to do our job properly, but it's more like the lack of the company to its employees

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Remote work is both a hot and important topic. My belief is that the pandemic forced us to try something (remote work) that we did not previously have the courage to try. We learned that it can be an effective strategy, but it is not ideal in all circumstances and for all roles. Presently, and two years after the pandemic lockdowns began, we still have team members assigned to our Vegas HQ office who work 100% remotely. We are still working to figure out the right mix going forward in terms of which roles it is best for and under what circumstances. We respectfully disagree that the basis for our decisions on this matter are due to a lack of trust. For some roles, the requirements of the role just don’t lend themselves to a high mix of remote work. For other roles, we are more likely to consider 100% remote or some sort of hybrid (2 days in, 3 days remote). Our stance on this topic will continue to evolve over time and remain important for consideration as we face competition to hire new talent in pursuit of our growth objectives.

Pros

This position does not require management to micromanage employees. All team members are eager to assist. While there may be a learning curve for those without prior experience in the automotive industry, the company provides ample resources to facilitate your transition. Compensation is competitive, with some top representatives earning over $200,000 annually. The new office is situated in the heart of downtown, offering convenient access to a variety of dining establishments. The company’s open door policy fosters a collaborative environment, with executives and managers alike demonstrating exceptional support and assistance. The company recognizes the importance of work-life balance and allows employees to use PTO/SICK time as they see fit without any questions asked.

Cons

The healthcare benefits package are expensive. No gym subsidies for employees who are trying to say fit.

Pros

Work from home and work with dealers in your area

Cons

Low low pay. So many penalties. Very possible to make sales and not receive any compensation. Benefits are super expensive. Over $1200 per month for a crappy insurance plan. Pay can bottom out lower than welfare in most states. Dealers hate working with the credit/funding department. When they cut the program it becomes impossible to find a good deal.
