Pros

Remuneration package is good given GTE. Unlimited Sick leaves.

Cons

Over the past four years, I have witnessed significant restructuring within the organization. Unfortunately, these changes were later reversed under the term “realignment,” indicating that the initial approach was ineffective. There is a noticeable lack of uniformity in document management, and management tends to focus more on the “why” rather than the “how,” which hampers practical execution. The Commercial department appears to be the most unstable area within the organization. A culture of blame and finger-pointing is prevalent, coupled with excessive micromanagement by Area Managers. There are no clearly defined processes in place, and supplier engagement practices are unconventional and inefficient. The work environment places undue emphasis on employee performance metrics, while management performance remains below substandard. Escalation has become a norm rather than an exception, creating a high-pressure atmosphere that negatively impacts employee well-being. Consequently, the organization struggles to retain staff, which explains the frequent vacancies in critical positions. For anyone considering such a role, it is important to recognize the potential impact on mental health. The lack of structure, poor leadership practices, and constant pressure can significantly affect one’s professional and personal well-being.
