WSB is a great company to work for. Everyone is friendly and professional including management. Pay is good. I have no complaints.

I can't think of any.

There is some opportunities to move up in the company.

Bottom line is more important than employee retention. Over a year ago they cut our department in half and have relied on salaried employees to pick up the slack. Allowing us to work 60+ with no additional compensation.
