      Employee friendly policies. Good learning curve w.r.t a Fintech company. Great Legacy. Widest market reach. Huge technology stack. Good team structure.

      Cons

      Pretty late adoption of newer Technologies. Limited product portfolio. Underutilised potential. Old fashioned mindset. Customer Satisfaction. Not much interested in exploring newer opportunities.

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.
