      Private Medical Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement.

      Cons

      Leadership communication, no interest in employee´s wellbeing, no growth opportunities anymore, no flexibility with WFH as 3 days WFO are mandatory even if you´re sick. CEO has ideas of 1900s, Outdated management style.

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.
