      Senior leadership is disconnected, indecisive, and ego-driven and ruin by politics and favorism No clear vision—goals change every quarter with no accountability Culture of fear and blame; feedback is discouraged Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit Incompetent top-level decisions trickle down and hurt team morale Zero investment in people or long-term development

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.
