Decent pay, good coworkers, good hours(for a few months of the year)

Inconsistent hours throughout the year, poor management, corporate minded management, inconsiderate to health needs, no support from higher management, doesn’t give you breaks unless you beg for them for 12+ hour shifts, won’t listen to issues, allows management to mistreat and bully hourly staff, favoritism, long work weeks with no days off for 10+ days, close one day and open the next morning, overworks employees, hires part time but only works them full time hours(except in slow season), makes it difficult to get another job during slow season to be able to support yourself and your families, constant issues with payroll not being right

Beautiful resort from the outside with SOOO much potential. Friendly staff.

There's a lot of bad things happening at that place and the management just seems to turn their head. The security head is corrupt and lets some pretty awful stuff slide. In the short time I was there the turnover rate was crazy and for good reason.
