Everything you read on hear that is negative is true don’t do what we did and think well it can’t be that bad - it is. Below is just a handful of issues but there are countless other negatives I just don’t have the energy to list as I won’t waste another second on this joke of a company. MD’s and all middle managment don’t know how to manage staff and verbally abuse staff on a daily basis. If your competent at doing your job without being micromanaged or needing the MD’s Input they literally can’t hack it and makes problems that don’t exist just to verbally abuse you. They hate anyone who is capable of doing their job well and immediately focuses on them with abuse. MD’s literally interfere in everything. They don’t even know how their company works or roles run but will interfere and cause a million emails then NEVER respond to you with the actual answer to a question you do raise even if you chase them for one. MD’s are auto copied into every email everyone sends The lack of trust is hilarious and quite sad also. They do not do 6 monthly reviews nor do they do probation reviews despite promising these at interview. They only keep and like staff that accept minimum wage. They do not appreciate intelligence, common sense, skill set or work ethics. They beat down every member of staff and therefore you will bond with your colleagues over this. Middle managment will moan about MD’s to staff but then tell MD’s everything anyone says so you need to watch what you say to who. Middle Managment have no managment skills and would fail at any other company within a week. The company is in a constant circle of interviewing, hiring, bullying, processing leavers and recruiting again because they cannot retain staff due to the toxic environment. The IT equipment is stuck in the Stone Age. Who uses a wired mouse or keyboard anymore or a tower PC !! Lastly they can not get any HR qualified recruits to stay past a week which tells you everything you need to know.
