Pros
Great pay, hours, and time off. Everyone is willing to help out with tasks and teach you new things. 401k is 50 cents to every dollar up to 6%. 2 weeks paid vacation for the first 2 years then goes up every few after that. Cant speak much for the other benefits as I do not use them. I get a lot of good experience here as far as maintenance goes.
Cons
Safety is beaten into your head big time. Its an over kill some days. I get that safety is something to take seriously and a lot of folks do, but they do not have to go to the extreme like they do. I guess that's why they are one of the safest companies to work for. Also, cant borrow against your 401k with the company matching. Also, I hired in as an electrician and hardly touch wires. Its mostly millwright work, like a 90/10 percent. the vision is to make everyone a multicraft.
