Pros
Hours. You put in so many hours it makes the pay amazing. Vacation is used by the hour not the week. Insurance and benefits are good. A company very well connected to other companies. Allowing for discounts on hotels, cellphone bills, etc
Cons
You will not have a life. 12 hr shifts rotating. Some areas are forced to work all holidays and weekends. Your nose and mouth will be filled with black soot. Dust and dirt EVERYWHERE. They only do promotions based on seniority. Regardless of work ethic. Your length of time there determines who moves up the ladder first.
