Pros
Company has a rich history and a great culture. Company is very ethical and employee safety is placed above everything, including profit. Company has a culture that most people will enjoy and produces something of value to society by engaging in sustainable foresty and taking care of the environment.
Cons
Limited opportunity in the present environment given the economy, significant losses and job reductions. Not sure if senior management is really focused on employee satisfaction. Seems employees are a liability rather than an asset like they were viewed prior to the current CEO. Also not sure what the long-term strategy is.
