New management came in and did not have the same work ethic as previous management. It was no longer a team They sat in their offices with the doors closed were not at all approachable they picked favorites and ignored the rest of the people. Some of the hardest workers who made the plant a success were thrown aside and became resentful. Managements way of dealing with these people was not to resolve the issues but to get rid of what they considered negative people.
