      There are few here; I guess the biggest positive is management here mainly sticks to themselves, and leave the rest of us to mostly do our jobs unmolested.

      Below are the traits of the “core team”. 1. Office Politics: The hidden power games 2. Unethical Shortcuts: "Just this once" becomes culture 3. Favouritism: Merit dies where favourites thrive 4. Discrimination: Talent ignored, voices silenced 5. Inequality: Different rules for different people 6. Bullying: The professional facade of fear 7. Micromanagement: Trust assassinated daily
