Pros
Amazing food, restaurants, talent, energy. Beautiful spaces, quality product, they are good at what they do.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations, staff are treated as though perfection is attainable, and criticized for anything less. Very little positive reinforcement. Don't expect to hear a "good job" working here even if you work your butt off. Do expect daily criticism, however.
