Pros
Not too many great things about working here. You get 50% off your meal and you don't even have to be working that day to receive it. The hours are flexible. The GM will work with you if you need extra days off a week, just don't expect to be paid for it as they don't offer paid days off unless you're upper management. Pay is great compared to other fast food places. You get a review/raise every 6 months.
Cons
Management is a joke. The GM doesn't do anything about his horrible managers. They talk down to everyone, especially new people who have only been there for a day or two. I understand it's fast food, but it still takes some time to learn a position/job, especially if it's your first job or first time in fast food. They don't follow policy and don't get in trouble for it, even if it's brought to the GM's attention but if a regular employee were to not follow policy they would get in trouble. Favoritism is a major issue. Even the GM plays favorites. I worked there for over 5 years and it's only gotten worse. It used to be a great place to work.
